6. Delivery & Completion
- Project timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., material availability, approvals, client delays).
- We are not liable for delays due to changes requested by the client, force majeure, or third-party actions.
7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- We warrant the use of quality materials and workmanship for a period specified in your contract.
- Our liability is limited to correcting work proven to be defective within the warranty period.
- We are not responsible for wear and tear, misuse, or work handled by others after project completion.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, concepts, and documentation remain the property of Stylish Advanced Decor until full payment is made.
- We may use images of completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing all required approvals, access to the site, and accurate information.
- You are also responsible for securing all necessary permits and clearances for the work.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All client details are kept confidential. We will not share your details with third parties except as required to deliver our service or by law.
11. Limitation of Use

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
